What's my max bid? Know it before you call.

For traders and small buyers who work from a phone. A quick valuation gives you the most to pay and a plain verdict, for a retail sale or a wholesale exit, and warns you when the market is too thin to trust.

Three numbers before any car.

  1. Pay up to 200,300

The most you can pay and still make your target, after recon, fees, holding and VAT. Rounded down to AED 100.

  2. Evidence 31 listings

How much market that number rests on: strong at 15 or more comparables, moderate at 5 to 14, weak below 5.

  3. Days to sell 28 days

How long cars like it took to leave the market. Counted from cars that left, not from how long ads stay up.

Where a bad buy comes from.

  1. I need a ceiling before the bidding starts.

A quick valuation by VIN or from the catalogue works back from the expected sale and gives where to open and the most to pay. Nothing is saved unless you press Save, so checking a car costs nothing.

  2. Ten tabs open every morning, and I still miss things.

Market search takes plain English or Arabic, such as patrol 2019+ under 180k gcc, and rates every result against its own market, from Great deal to High. It's a search you run, not an alert.

    Market search How it works
  3. The hammer price is never what the car costs me.

Fees, prep, transport and holding are lines in every offer. The wholesale route swaps in a trade price, the auction fee and transport, so a quick exit is priced as honestly as a retail sale.

  4. Where has this import been?

For a car with a VIN, a history check covers damage, title and theft records from the US, Canada and Europe. It costs AED 15, the price shows before it runs, and the report is dated and sourced.

A deep market and a thin one.

The same quick valuation behaves differently when there is little to compare with. A Land Cruiser has 31 comparables; a 2017 Patrol Nismo has three. Switch between them.

A trader's day, on one phone.

  2. 08:50Quick valuation

Before the auction, the Land Cruiser's VIN: open at 196,200, pay up to 200,300. That's the ceiling.

  4. 11:30A private seller

Photos of a 2017 Patrol Nismo arrive by WhatsApp. Only three comparables, so the evidence is weak and the number is a guide until a person confirms it.

A US-spec 2021 Tahoe. The AED 15 history check runs before any money moves, with the price shown first.

  6. 16:30Wholesale route

A car that isn't moving is priced for a trade exit, with cash in about a week.

Questions from traders

Is it fast enough to use at an auction?

A quick valuation needs a VIN or a catalogue pick. The market figures come from the morning's snapshot, so nothing waits on a live feed.

Will it tell me when a good car lists?

No. You can search the market and see deal ratings, but there are no alerts.

Can I see who's selling?

No. Seller names and contact details stay on the server.

Does it price for export?

No. It prices for a UAE retail sale or a UAE wholesale exit.

Does the history check tell me everything?

No. It reports what its sources hold, with the date and the source. UAE accident history isn't included, and a car picked from the catalogue has no VIN to check.

How do I get started?

Sign in on your phone. The DealRevs team creates your organisation with default policies, so quick valuations work the first time you sign in. You hold the Owner role and can do everything; add a partner or a buyer later, each with only the role they need.

How is it priced for one trader?

Pricing isn't published yet. Book a demo and we'll talk through how you trade.

Bring your next bid.

Tell us the car before the auction or the call. We'll show its comparables this morning and the most to bid for retail and for wholesale. If it fits, we set you up on your phone with working defaults from day one.
