Know the most you should pay
A trade-in, a private seller or another dealer: the same model works out the most you should pay. The expected sale comes from graded market evidence, and your target profit, recon, fees, holding and VAT come off it.
Margin-scheme evidence means VAT on the margin only. That adds AED 10,000 to the most you should pay.

Every morning, each car in stock is placed against its own market and given a suggested next step, from “Hold” to “Reduce”. Try a price before you change it. Nothing changes by itself.

The approver sees what the appraiser saw
Offers are frozen at submission, with the market, history and VAT as they were. Later market moves show beside the decision.
Everyone sees what their role allows
Roles are set per rooftop. Sales executives never see cost or margin: the server leaves those fields out.
Every change is on the record
Price changes, approvals and exports go into a log that can't be edited. There is no “log in as”.
