One record, every screen.
The desktop web app is where the work is done. The iPhone and iPad apps open the same records under the same rules, so the salesperson in the lot, the manager at the desk and the owner at home all work on one record, never a copy.

The picture below is a fictional example: one trade-in's week on Rania Saadeh's desktop, Omar Haddad's iPhone and Faisal Rahimi's iPad, in six moments that can be chosen on the rail under it.
- Mon 23 Nov, 09:31: Omar sends the offer from the lot at AED 206,000. Rania's desk has it, with everything Omar did on the phone since 09:08.
- Mon 23 Nov, 09:42: Rania approves step 1 at the desk in Downtown. At this amount the policy asks the dealer principal too, and Omar's phone shows whose step it is.
- Mon 23 Nov, 09:43: Faisal approves step 2 from the iPhone's lock screen, away from the desk. Omar gets a push, and every screen shows the offer ready.
- Mon 23 Nov, 10:05: The customer, Yousef, asks for 208,000. Rania agrees it as the allowance, so the car still comes into stock at 206,000, and Omar has the customer's sheet to share.
- Thu 26 Nov, 09:30: Omar checks the car at hand-over: 690 km added and no new damage, so it comes in at our value and goes into stock as SA-24131.
- Sun 29 Nov, 21:40: Faisal reads the month on the iPad. The Land Cruiser is one of the 22 cars the group bought in November, from 55 appraisals decided.
Each person, on the screen the moment needs.

Roles decide what every screen shows. A sales executive never sees cost, margin or the maximum buy price, on the web or in the apps. One approval on every screen
An offer that waits reaches the owner.
Every approval step has a due time.
