About these terms
This website is run by AutoData Middle East, a World Automotive Group company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you visit the website or use the guided demo. By using either, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
The DealRevs service
DealRevs has no public sign-up, trial or published prices. We set up each dealer group ourselves, and its use of DealRevs is governed by the agreement we sign with it. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins. Signing in at dealrevs.autodata.dev is for people a dealer group has invited.
Using this website
You may browse the site, share links to it and use it to find out about DealRevs. Please don't:
- copy, scrape or republish its content, design or code, other than quoting short parts with a link back;
- try to get into parts of our systems you weren't given access to, test them for weaknesses without our written permission, or interfere with how they run;
- use the site to send unlawful, misleading or harmful material, or to pretend to be someone else; or
- present the site's examples as real dealers, customers or results.
If you think you've found a security issue, please tell us at security@dealrevs.com rather than testing further.
The guided demo
We may give you an access code to a guided demo: a private copy of the fictional Sandstone Auto Group, deleted after 48 hours. The code is for you and your colleagues evaluating DealRevs. Please don't share it publicly, enter real customer or vehicle-owner details, or use the demo for real business decisions. We may end access at any time.
Figures, examples and advice
- Fictional data. Product visuals and the guided demo use fictional demo data. Sandstone Auto Group, Dunebrook Motors and their people are not real, and any resemblance to a real business or person is coincidental.
- Market figures. Market numbers on this site come from a daily snapshot of public classified listings and are shown with their source and as-of time. They are not live prices, not a record of what cars sold for, and not a guarantee of what any car is worth.
- No advice. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. DealRevs supports decisions about VAT and prices; it doesn't make them, and it is not a tax or invoicing system. Please take professional advice for your own situation.
- Product details. We describe DealRevs as it is when we write about it. Features, limits and defaults change, so what you see here may differ from the product on a given day.
Our content and names
The website, its text, design, code, illustrations and the DealRevs name and DR mark belong to AutoData Middle East or another World Automotive Group company, or are used with permission. Using the site doesn't give you any right to them beyond what these terms allow. Vehicle makes and model names belong to their owners and are used only to describe cars.
Links to other sites
Where we link to sites run by others, we do so for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or the guided demo, or from relying on its content, including lost profits or indirect loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms, for example when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from the time it is published.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
