How we build it
Five rules the product keeps.
A dealer's margin is decided twice: when it pays for a trade-in, and when it prices the car as stock. These rules keep both decisions honest.
-
Data honesty
Every market number carries its source and time. A book value isn't market evidence, a removed listing isn't a confirmed sale, missing history isn't a clean car, and unknown isn't zero.
-
Automation suggests. A person approves.
Work happens before anyone asks, and each step shows its working. Nothing silently changes a price or a record.
-
Real dealers, real conditions
Every screen has to work on a phone, outdoors in the sun, with the customer waiting.
-
The approver sees what the appraiser saw
Offers are frozen at submission, with the market, history and VAT as they were. Later moves are shown beside the decision, never mixed into it.
-
Arabic-ready, English first
Every screen is in English and Arabic, with the Arabic still in draft. Each person picks their language.
Made for the Gulf
Your week, your hours, your language.
Deadlines count working minutes at each rooftop. Islamic holidays move each year, so each rooftop enters its own. Available in all GCC countries.
MON 20:09 · open, so deadlines count down
How the clock runs: An offer sent Monday 20:30 with a 2-hour approval time is due Tuesday 10:30.Select a day to open or close it.
- Western digits by default, as most UAE dealers use them, even in Arabic.
- VINs, prices, percentages and plates stay left to right. Vehicle names stay in English.
- The layout mirrors. Photos, logos, charts and the damage diagram don't.
Questions about us
Who makes DealRevs?
AutoData Middle East, a subsidiary of World Automotive Group, based in Dubai. AutoData also supplies the catalogue, VIN decoding, reference values, history checks and the listings feed.
Where is DealRevs available?
In all GCC countries. The daily market snapshot reads UAE listings.
Does DealRevs use AI?
No. Its suggestions come from rules you can read: the offer model, your pricing rules and your approval policies. Each step shows its working and stops at a person.
Is there a price list?
Not yet. We set up each dealer group ourselves, so pricing is a conversation. Ask us in a demo.
Can we look around before a demo?
Yes. Ask for an access code to the guided demo: a private copy of the fictional Sandstone Auto Group, five people to view it as, and a five-minute tour. Your copy is deleted after 48 hours.
