Is my price right? Know before you open.
For the owner who buys, appraises, approves and prices. DealRevs gives you a number to pay before you make an offer, and keeps a record of every decision, including the ones you approve yourself.
Switch hats: the same person, the checks that go with each job.
What each car is costing you, today.
Every car carries its days in stock and what it has cost to hold, at your own daily rate. Pick a car to see why it isn't selling.

Fictional demo data: Dunebrook Motors is not a real business. Holding at Dunebrook's own AED 95 a day; the default is AED 0 until you set one.

I price from the ads I can see, and I can't check them all.
Each morning DealRevs reads about 200,000 UAE listings and puts every car you hold beside its own comparables: below, at or above the median, and how many listings that rests on. Fewer than five comparables is Not rated, never a guess.

When I buy, I pay what feels right on the day.
A quick valuation by VIN works back from the expected sale: your target profit, recon, fees, holding and VAT come off, and you get where to open and the most to pay.
-
There's nobody to check my numbers.
The same approval rules run for one person as for twenty. When nobody else at the rooftop can approve, the owner can, and it is logged as a self-approval in a record nobody can edit.
Self-approval How it works
GCC or American? Know before you pay.
Buyers pay more for GCC spec, and an import sells against other imports. Appraise a car by its VIN and the check runs by itself: the comparables, the evidence grade and your maximum all follow from the spec it sets.
- The check is included, and every result carries its source and date.
- The vehicle history check is separate: AED 15 for damage, title and theft records from the US, Canada and Europe, with the price shown before it runs.
- A car picked from the catalogue has no VIN to check, so its spec waits on you or the customer.

Priced against other imports, not GCC prices. Your policies can send non-GCC cars for approval, and the AED 15 history check reads US, Canadian and European records.

In a small dealer the owner holds the Owner role, which can do everything. Anyone you add gets only the role they need.
Open a second showroom later and it's a new rooftop in the same organisation, not a new system.

Questions from independent dealers
I'm the only one who approves. Does that work?
Yes. Nobody decides their own request, unless nobody else at the rooftop can. Then the owner may, and it's logged as a self-approval.
Will it post my cars on classified sites?
No. You list them as you do today, and record in DealRevs where each car is listed.
Can my sales executive see my margins?
No. For a sales executive the server leaves cost and margin out of what they receive.
How fresh is the market data?
AutoData collects the market around the clock; DealRevs settles one read a day, from 06:00 Gulf time: about 200,000 UAE listings, so everyone prices from the same numbers. Every figure shows the time it is from.
How do I get started?
There's no sign-up form. The DealRevs team creates your organisation and rooftop, with its working hours, holidays and default policies, so offers and prices work from the first morning. You check the offer calculator's starting figures, then invite anyone else with a single-use link.
Is it priced for a dealer my size?
Pricing isn't published yet. Book a demo and we'll talk it through for a business your size.
