For franchise groups with several rooftops

Same car, same number, at every rooftop.

One offer calculator, one 06:00 market snapshot and one set of approval rules for the whole group. Each person holds a role at each rooftop, and every request goes to the people who may decide it there.

The same inputs at every rooftop, so the same answer.

  1. One market, as of 06:00.

Every rooftop prices from the same daily snapshot of AutoData's UAE listings, taken at 06:00. Each figure says how many comparables it rests on, such as the Land Cruiser's 31.

  2. One calculator, kept in versions.

Target profit, holding, fees and costs are the group's: version 2 at Sandstone, with a target profit of 8% and holding at AED 95 a day. Saving makes a new version, and offers already made never change.

  3. Frozen when it's submitted.

An offer is frozen with its inputs and evidence when it's submitted, so an approver at any rooftop sees exactly what the appraiser saw.

8 more don't apply to this offer, such as High-value offers and New team members (first 30 days).

Times count working hours at the car's rooftop.

  • Only open hours count. Each rooftop sets its own hours and enters its public holidays and closures. Islamic holidays move each year, so they're added when they're announced.
  • The clock never decides. A late step gets a reminder at its deadline, and the owner is told at four working hours. Nothing is approved or declined because time ran out.
  • A new rule leaves waiting requests alone. Requests a policy already routed keep their own copy of it, so nothing waiting changes.
  • Undo for five minutes. An approver can undo an offer decision for five minutes, until the offer is presented to the customer.

Setting DowntownAirport RoadSharjah
Offer calculator A rooftop can have its own settings, which DealRevs support sets up. The calculator's page then names the rooftops that use their own. Version 2 for the group: target profit 8%, holding AED 95 a day, fees and costs.
Reconditioning price book Prices each damage mark by type and severity. A rooftop can be given its own book. The group's book, for every rooftop.
Approval policies A policy can name a rooftop, and the policy tester shows which would apply to any request. The nine default policies for offers and one for price drops, from day one. One of them: an offer from AED 150,000 goes to a manager or the owner, then the owner.
Approval limits Set by role, for every rooftop. The app's default for a used-car manager is AED 150,000; Sandstone's owner raised it. A buyer approves only where a policy names them; the default policies name managers and the owner. Owner unlimited · used-car manager AED 250,000 · buyer AED 100,000.
Opening hours Approval times count only these hours. Each rooftop enters its own public holidays and closures. Mon–Sat 09:00–21:00Mon–Sat 09:00–21:00Mon–Sat 10:00–22:00

  • Requests stay at their rooftop. An offer from Airport Road goes to the approvers there, and never reaches Rania Saadeh, who has no role at Airport Road.
  • Access can grow with the group. A person's access can cover all rooftops, including new ones, or give them a different role at some rooftops.
  • New people start with a check. Offers from people in their first 30 days go to a manager, under the new team members policy.

  • A file you already export

    In the product

CSV or XLSX, up to 5,000 rows a file. Headers in English or Arabic are matched for you, every row is checked before a car is created, and the layout is remembered for next month's file. A car already in stock is flagged, never overwritten.

  • Your DMS, CRM or database

    With our engineers

DealRevs connects to the major DMS and CRM providers. AutoData's in-house engineering team sets the connection up with yours and checks the first load with you.

  • Your own developers

    On request

The platform is built to be flexible. If your team would rather integrate itself, we can open an API to your developers. Ask for it when you book your demo.

  1. Comes in

Stock by CSV or XLSX import, by VIN or by hand. A won trade-in arrives as incoming stock, with its photos, price, recon estimate and VAT evidence.

  2. Goes out

  3. Stays in your systems

How a group starts.

Every demo is given by our team, with your rooftops and a car from your lot. If it fits, your group is set up with working defaults from day one.

  1. We set up the group.

The DealRevs team creates your organisation and each rooftop, with its own working hours and holidays, and the default policies, so offers work from day one.

  2. Your owner confirms the calculator.

The offer calculator starts from working figures. Your owner checks them and confirms them as version 1.

  3. Each rooftop's stock comes in.

From a CSV or XLSX file your DMS already exports, with each branch's code matched to its rooftop.

  4. Your people are invited.

Your group admin invites each person with a role at each rooftop. An invitation works once and lasts 7 days.

Where DealRevs stops in a group.

DealRevs does

  • One offer calculator and one set of policies for every rooftop, with a rooftop set apart where it needs to be
  • A role per person per rooftop, with restricted fields left out by the server
  • Approval times in each rooftop's own working hours
  • Transfers between rooftops, shown in transit
  • Group and rooftop figures from the same numbers
  • A record of approvals, price changes and settings that nobody can edit

Questions from dealer groups

Can a sales executive approve their own trade-in?

No. Nobody decides their own request, and by default every offer needs a manager or the owner.

Can our sales executives see the margin?

No. For a sales executive the server leaves cost, margin and the maximum out of what they receive. They appraise, submit and share the approved offer.

Can a manager cover two rooftops?

Yes. A person can hold a different role at each rooftop: a manager at one, a viewer at another, nothing at a third.

Can one rooftop price differently?

Where it needs to. The group's offer calculator applies everywhere by default; a rooftop can run its own calculator settings, set up with DealRevs support, or keep its own reconditioning price book, and a policy can name a rooftop.

Can we move a car between rooftops?

Yes. The car shows in transit until the other rooftop receives it, and its open prep work moves with it. DealRevs doesn't arrange the transport.

Will it work for a rooftop in Saudi Arabia?

DealRevs is available in all GCC countries, and a Saudi rooftop's VAT review uses KSA's 15% rate. Market evidence today comes from UAE listings.

Can we see who approved what?

Yes. Approvals, price changes, permission and settings changes go into a log nobody can edit. Exporting it is logged too.

Your rooftops, one number.

Bring a car from your lot and the names of your rooftops, and we'll show the number each would give and who would approve it there.
